With this are the TESDA Training and Assessment Programs (TAPs) which are developed to prepare the clients in achieving global workplace standards. The main purpose of TAP is to measure the skills, knowledge, and abilities of an individual based on pre-determined criteria. The assessment is used to determine whether the assessee can perform to the workplace-based standards set by TESDA.
